Mable Forrest

Mrs. Mable L. Forrest, 89, of Indianapolis, passed away on May 5, 2016. She retired from Glasgow State Hospital. Mrs. Forrest was a member of Purpose of Life Ministries in Indianapolis and Old Blue Springs Baptist Church, Knob Lick, KY. She leaves to cherish her memory, children: Robert E. Forrest (Virginia) and Wanda Whitley (Yancey); siblings: Thomas Sublett (Lucy), Damon Sublett and Dorothy Twyman; 7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 11 great great grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends. Her first visitation is Monday, May 9, 2016, 3pm - 7pm at Purpose of Life Ministries, Indianapolis. The 2nd visitation is Tuesday, May 10, 2016, 4pm - 7pm and the service is Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at 11am in Old Blue Springs Baptist Church, Knob Lick, Kentucky.
