Linda Faye Janes

Linda Faye Janes, 82 of Edmonton, KY passed away Friday, November 8, 2025, at TJ Samson Hospital. She was born June 14, 1943, to the late Daniel and Maggie Capps Dyer. 

Linda was a kind and loving lady who enjoyed helping others, socializing with her friends, playing bingo, making crafts and sewing. She loved her grandchildren and spoke of them often. Linda also enjoyed going to church and listening to gospel music. 

She is survived by her son Danny Janes of Burkesville, daughter Jennifer Moore of Ellettsville, IN, three grandchildren Megan Dunn, Draven Moore and Conner Moore, three great grandchildren Anthony Dunn, Infinity Pell-Moore and Bowie Pell-Moore. She is also survived by her good friends "The Golden Girls" Teresa Hoy, Geneva Hurt and Sue Smith. 

Funeral services for Linda Janes will be held 1:30 P.M. Friday, November 14,2025, at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton with burial in the White Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 11:30 until time of the service here at the funeral home.
