Ella Holland Rush, 87 of Glasgow formerly of Edmonton passed away Saturday, June 25, 2022 at the Grandview Nursing & Rehab Center in Campbellsville. Born September 10, 1934 in Adair County, the daughter of the late Edward and Leo Belle Roach Taylor. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, Billy Holland and Talmadge Rush. A brother, Paul Taylor and three sisters. Margie Madison, Velma Altman and Nancy Dodson. Ella was attended the Beaumont Methodist church and was a lifelong farmer and homemaker. She is survived by a nephew and niece who where her longtime caregivers. Larry and wife Sherra Rogers and Barbara Taylor. Several other nieces and nephews also survive. She is survived by four sisters and five brothers. Dale Rogers, Jeanette Rucker, Glenda Evans, Rita Rortin, JB, Orville, Edwin, Fred and Sammy Taylor. Funeral services for Ella Holland Rush will be held 12:00 PM CST Thursday at Butler Funeral Home in Edmonton. Burial will be private to be in the Metcalfe County Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be after 10:00 AM Thursday until service time. Butler Funeral Home is both honored and privileged to be entrusted to the care of Mrs. Rush.
