Bonnie Mills was born on May 5th, 1948, in the small community of Savoyard, Kentucky. She was the daughter of Allen and Gladys Poynter and the sister of her lifelong best friend, Carolyn Judd along with Sister’s Shirley Pierce and Martha Coats. At the young age of three Bonnie along with her sister Carolyn lost their mother and were then raised by several aunts and uncles who loved them dearly. Bonnie was a great cook, and no one came to her house without being fed and feeling loved when they left. There was always a coke waiting in the refrigerator. Bonnie spent her life helping others. She would often visit friends and family at the hospital, and bring a meal to those neighbors in need even if it meant chasing them down. Many children entered her home throughout the years that she lived in Hiseville, and all were welcomed. Bonnie was a protective mother and wanted nothing more than the best for her kids and would often be seen chasing down the school bus and confronting a local bully. Along with her sister’s, Bonnie is survived by her Son’s Timmy Vincent, Joey Vincent, Mark Vincent (Jaime) and Daughter’s Sonya Hamrick (Reuben), Tracy Peden (Scott) and Tina Reynolds (Scott). Bonnie is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, forty-three great grandchildren, nieces, Sandy Williams (Doug) and Donna Judd, several cousins and her boyfriend Gary Ramsey. Bonnie transitioned from this Earth on March 6th, 2024, at Hospice House of Southern. Kentucky, surrounded by her loved ones.
